Left inguinal orchiectomy was performed in a patient with left testicular seminoma and testicular intraepithelial neoplasia of right testis. In addition to adjuvant radiotherapy of the paraaortic and left inguinal regions, radiotherapy was applied locally to the right testis. Sarcoma of the left inguinal region and seminoma of the right testis developed 6 years after radiotherapy. Wide excision of the left inguinal sarcoma and right partial orchiectomy was performed. Two nodular tumoral lesions in lower pole of the right testis developed 2.5 years after the last intervention. Performing right inguinal orchiectomy, androgen replacement was started. Treatment and outcome of the case are discussed.
