Bilateral vertebral artery occlusion is a rare neurologic condition which occurs with symptoms of vertebrobasilar system insufficiency. A 55 year old man with risk factors as hypertension and smoking was admitted to our clinic with mild transient neurological symptoms such as vertigo, dizziness ans paresthesia in face and hands. Left PICA infarct and bilateral vertebral artery oclusion is determined after cranial MR, carotis-vertebral artery doppler USG and digital substraction angiography examinations. After medical treatment dizziness regressed and the patient started walking with help. The patient was followed up in neurology clinic.
