Bone cement implantation syndrome is associated with hypoxia, hypotension, cardiac arrhythmias, increase in pulmonary vascular resistance and cardiac arrest and is a cause of mortality and morbidity in orthopedic patients when cement is used. Because it is rare and isn’t well identified, literature is limited to case reports. In this article, bone cement implatation syndrome developed in a patient who had undergone surgery for hip replacement is reported with literature.
