The management applied in the first minutes of sudden life threatening situations affects and determines the survival. Treatable diseases can be managed in emergency departments by association of 112 that held the professional medical support and emergent activation system. The most important key point is the survival of the patient until administration of the professional medical support. This role belongs to the lay rescuer in public. These trainings are afforded nationwide in developed countries and have successful results. The approach and management of public lay rescuer for vital patient were investigated in this review.
