Abdominal pain in childhood is a commonly seen symptom in current medical practice with a diagnostical difficulty. Although most odf the abdominal pains have a benign clinical course, in some cases appropriate early diagnosis has a vital importance. Abdominal pain has many intraperitoneal and extraperitoneal etiologies. In this article main causes of abdominal pain in childhood has been reviewed with the appropriate treatments.
