Rupture of an endometrioma mimicking ovarian malignancy

Endometriomas are cystic endometrial lesions on ovary. Corelation between Ca 125 levels and the severty of endometriosis has been reported before. We report a case of multiloculated endometriotic cyst ruptured at one locule presented with pleural effüsion, pelvic acid and elevated Ca 125 levels like an ovarian malignancy.
