ABSTRACT

Chiliaditi syndrome is a rare syndrome, which is generally asymptomatic. This syndrome is interposition of the colon only or with the small intestine in hepatodiaphragmatic area. Generally it may be asymptomatic, but sometimes, it may present with abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation and respiratory distress. It is diagnosed by X-ray roentgenograms or computed tomography. We presented two case with hepatodiaphragmatic interposition of the colon, diagnosed by tomography and x-ray roentgenograms. Two patients were managed by conservative treatment.
