ABSTRACT
Insulinomas are the most common neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas. Complete cure can be achieved by surgical therapy and it is of importance anesthesiologically because of secondary catecholamine discharge and possible hypoglycemia during surgical manipulation. With this case we present our method of anesthesiological management of a patient with insulinoma scheduled for laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy in our hospital.
