ABSTRACT
Magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography features of extensive intracranial calcifications due to postoperative hypoparathyroidism are rarely reported in the literature. We presented the cranial computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging aspects and clinical features of a patient with postoperative hypoparathyroidism who had intracranial calcifications after many years from thyroidectomy operation.
