ABSTRACT

While the pregnancy implanted in caesarean scar tissue is the rarest form of ectopic pregnancy. It can cause a fatal clinical situation. Because of the fact that it could not been diagnosed early in the past, to prevent maternal mortality, massive hemorrhage and death by the reason of uterine rupture, the single treatment was urgent laparotomy and in case if necessity hysterectomy. Anyhow, there are some protective choices for the treatment. Because of its rarity, the data about the caesarean scar pregnancy generally predicated on the case reports. Therefore, there is no clinical management which has become a consensus of opinion. We present a caesarean scar pregnancy which has been treated by dilatation- curettage successfully.
