ABSTRACT

Ectopic pregnancy and ovarian torsion both are known as gynecologic emergencies. Coexistence of these life-threatening conditions are rare. Early detection and prompt management can save life and future fertility. In this report we presented a unique case of ruptured tubal ectopic pregnancy with concomitant contralateral side ovarian torsion in a patient with spontaneous conception.
